Custom Orders: Orders for customized or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
Ready-Made Items: You may request cancellation of ready-made items within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation Fees
Custom Orders:
Cancellation of custom orders may incur fees to cover materials and production costs already incurred. The specific fee will be determined based on the progress of the customization process.
Ready-Made Items:
No cancellation fees will be applied for ready-made items if the cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window. However, a restocking fee may be applicable for requests made after this period.
