Refund policy

We operate under a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

For your item to qualify for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

- It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please be aware that we do not accept items returned without prior authorization.

Should you encounter any damages or issues upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect it immediately and notify us promptly if there are any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was received. We'll promptly address the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also exempt from our return policy.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and then making a separate purchase for the new item to expedite the process.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same conditions apply regarding the condition of the item and providing proof of purchase.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.

Please remember that we accept returns for genuine reasons, but there are instances where we may not be able to accommodate returns. Once your return is approved, you'll need to ship the parcel to the designated address, ensuring that it remains in its original condition as when you first received it.
